How do you ensure the pies stay fresh during shipping?
We flash-freeze our pies and ship them in insulated coolers with dry ice or frozen gel packs to maintain the perfect temperature and texture until they reach your doorstep.
Can I schedule a specific delivery date for a special occasion?
Yes, you can select a preferred delivery date during the checkout process. We recommend choosing a date 1-2 days before your event to account for any potential carrier delays.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan pie options?
We certainly do! We have a dedicated selection of vegan and gluten-friendly pies. Please note that while we take precautions, all pies are baked in a facility that also handles wheat and dairy.
What are the reheating instructions for my pie?
Each order includes a detailed care card. Generally, fruit pies are best reheated in a 350Β°F oven for 15-20 minutes, while cream pies should be kept refrigerated and served cold.
What is your return policy for perishable food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
